Composed by son Colin and read by grand daughter Rhianna
You’re my hero, you’re my friend,
I held your hand until the end.
You wrote to me when I couldn’t believe,
You gave me back the truth I need.
You went too soon, before your time,
When things were bad, you made them fine.
I’m so proud to be your son
You’re my Dad, the only one.
